Postby whitem » Sat Jan 31, 2009 7:51 pm

Hi All,

We had our training day at CUH FM today :) . I must say that I found it very benefitial & picked up a few tips, so I'm hoping that I can use them to improve my programme over the coming weeks & months :D .
